Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy for each service is described in detail on the corresponding page of each individual service and Service Package.

Please read it carefully before purchasing.

Individual Service

For each individual service, in the event of cancellation by the Customer, the following applies:

  • up to five (5) working days before the provision of the service, the full value of the service is refunded.

  • up to one (1) working day before the service is provided, 50% of the service value is refunded.

  • On the same day of service provision, no refund will be made.

Short-term Service Package (3 months or less)

Cancellation Policy for Short-Term Service Packages (3 Months or Less)

For any short-term Service Package (3 months or less), if the Customer cancels the ordered Service Package, the following applies:

  • For every cancellation of a Service Package, fifty euros (€50) will be retained by PCC HELLAS.

  • For any Service Package cancellation up to five (5) business days before the start of service provision: the total value of the Service Package will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

  • For any Service Package cancellation four (4) business days or less before the start of service provision: 50% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

  • For any Service Package cancellation up to three (3) calendar days after the start of service provision, and provided that:

    • No individual service within the Package has been implemented: 50% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

    • Less than 50% of the individual services within the Package have been implemented: 33% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

    • 50% or more of the individual services within the Package have been implemented: No amount will be refunded.

  • For any Service Package cancellation up to fifteen (15) calendar days after the start of service provision, and provided that:

    • No individual service within the Package has been implemented: 40% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

    • Less than 50% of the individual services within the Package have been implemented: 13.2% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

    • 50% or more of the individual services within the Package have been implemented: No amount will be refunded.

  • For any Service Package cancellation more than sixteen (16) calendar days after the start of service provision: No amount will be refunded.

Long-term Service Package (more than 3 months)

Cancellation Policy for Long-Term Service Packages (More Than 3 Months)

For any long-term Service Package (more than 3 months), if the Customer cancels the ordered Service Package, the following applies:

  • For every cancellation of a Service Package, fifty euros (€50) will be retained by PCC HELLAS.

  • For any Service Package cancellation up to five (5) business days before the start of service provision: the total value of the Service Package will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

  • For any Service Package cancellation four (4) business days or less before the start of service provision: 90% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

  • For any Service Package cancellation up to fifteen (15) calendar days after the start of service provision, and provided that:

    • No individual service within the Package has been implemented: 90% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

    • Less than 50% of the individual services within the Package have been implemented: 49.5% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

    • 50% or more of the individual services within the Package have been implemented: 4.5% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

  • For any Service Package cancellation up to thirty (30) calendar days after the start of service provision, and provided that:

    • No individual service within the Package has been implemented: 75% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

    • Less than 50% of the individual services within the Package have been implemented: 41.25% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

    • 50% or more of the individual services within the Package have been implemented: 3.75% of the Service Package value will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.

  • For any Service Package cancellation more than thirty (30) calendar days after the start of service provision: 11.55% of the remaining value of the Service Package, based on its duration in months, will be refunded, minus the €50 retention fee.
