All services are available daily (on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays) from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, as per the price list displayed on the relevant Website page.
All services scheduled during these standard hours are offered at preferential rates within their respective service packages. Should you wish to arrange scheduled services or those included in packages outside of these standard hours, please refer to the relevant service categories (online and home visits).
Each service has a pre-determined maximum time limit, which dictates its price. If you use a service for less than this maximum duration, no discount or reduction in price will apply. Should you exceed the maximum time limit for a given service, please consult the relevant service categories (online and home visits) for details.
Service Packages
Services included in our packages are offered as part of scheduled appointments. The price of each service package incorporates the maximum number of actions detailed within it. Each service package has a defined timeframe and a maximum number of included actions. You may utilise the maximum number of actions within your chosen package at any point within the package's validity period.
Any modifications to your individual service package can be made by arrangement with the Company's Scheduling Department. In such cases, any additional costs will be determined and agreed with you. Packages cannot be modified to a price lower than the one advertised.

In urgent situations where you need to address immediate needs, you may contact the Company's Emergency Department. The prices for emergency actions are those shown on the "Services" page of the Website.

Home Visit Services
Home visit services are available in the geographical areas listed on the Company's Website. These geographical areas are divided into mainland and island regions. Crete and Evia are exceptionally considered mainland areas.
Mainland Areas
For home visit services in mainland areas, the price of each service is affected by both the kilometre distance of the service provision location (home) from the county's capital city centre, and the kilometre distance of the service provider's base (local collaborating health professional).
Consequently, mainland areas are categorised into three (3) visit types:
-
Local (D)
-
Out-of-Area (K)
-
Intercity (Y)
You can find the categorisation of all areas in Greece in the table attached to the relevant page on our Website. As our partnerships are constantly expanding, we recommend checking the table frequently for any changes. For Category D areas, the standard prices listed on the Company's Website apply. For Category K and Y areas, there are additional monetary surcharges listed on the Company's Website. These surcharges may change due to external factors, such as variations in the price of fuel, tolls, or other transport costs. Please note: these changes do not affect the price of any service packages you have purchased.

If you do not wish to receive cookies, please either make the appropriate settings (as listed below) or refrain from using this website.
What are Cookies?
Cookies are used to improve the performance of the Website and the visitor's browsing experience. They are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit that website. In this way, the website remembers your actions and preferences (such as login password, language, font size and other display preferences) for a period of time, so you do not have to enter these preferences every time you visit the website or browse its pages.
What Cookies do we use?
Necessary Cookies
These are absolutely essential for the Website to function properly, allowing you to browse and use its services. If you choose to disable them, you won't be able to access all of the Website's content.
Statistic Cookies
Statistic cookies gather information about your Browse behaviour on the Website, such as which pages are visited most frequently and whether you receive error messages. This enables us to make the Website's structure, navigation, and content as user-friendly as possible for you.
We may use software like Google Analytics to analyse page usage, page interactions, and the paths taken through our Website. These are commonly known as "website metrics" or "analytics." Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google Inc. (Google). It uses cookies to analyse how users interact with the Website. If you don't accept these cookies, the Website's functionality won't be affected, nor will your access to its content be restricted. However, these cookies provide us with valuable information that allows us to improve the Website and the products and services we offer. As part of the Google Analytics service, PCC HELLAS uses the "Anonymize IP" feature. With this feature, your IP address is truncated by Google and anonymised when you access the Website.
Log Files
When you visit the Website, our server automatically records your IP address (which constitutes personal data) in a specific log file, as well as the URL of the webpage that referred you, even if we can't identify you solely based on this information. This data is stored only for the strictly necessary period to ensure the security of networks, information, and services from accidental events or illegal/malicious acts that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity, and confidentiality of stored or transmitted data (e.g., checking for "denial of service" attacks). This information allows us to block access to users with problematic behaviour by preventing their IP address from communicating with our Website.
